1. What you can request

You may request deletion of an eligible UGARITX client/portal account and personal data associated with it, including profile information and eligible communication records.

2. How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the email address associated with your UGARITX account to info@ugaritx.com.
2. Use the subject Account and Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name, account email and phone number. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or payment card details.
4. If necessary, UGARITX may ask for limited verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

3. What happens next

We review the request, verify it when needed and delete or anonymize eligible data. We may retain limited records where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, contractual or dispute-resolution obligations.

4. WhatsApp and third-party data

Deletion from UGARITX systems does not automatically delete information independently retained by third-party platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment providers or app stores. Requests concerning those platforms may need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.

5. Timing

We aim to process valid deletion requests without undue delay and generally within 30 days, unless additional verification or a legal retention requirement applies.
