When you communicate with UGARITX through WhatsApp, message delivery and related metadata may be processed by Meta and its WhatsApp services under their own terms and privacy practices. UGARITX processes the conversation data needed to manage the customer relationship, support request or sales inquiry.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, cloud, email, messaging, payment, analytics or technical service providers only when required to operate our services, or when required by law.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or contractual purposes.
